龜鈕是官印中最常見之鈕制。龜與蛇結合稱之為玄武，玄武是人格化之神，演化成赫赫有名之真武大帝。此外，「龜」與「貴」同音，是長壽吉祥象徵。
Tortoise knob is the most common knob system in official seals. The combination of tortoise and snake is called “Xuanwu”. “Xuanwu” is the god of personification and evolved into the famous Zhenwu Emperor. In addition, "tortoise" and "gui" are homonymous, which is a symbol of longevity and good luck.
