The sunset of HKUST
HAU Kwan Tang Bill
This is the first work from Hau Kwan Tang’s most recent series. Inspired by the oil woodblock print of the old Star Ferry clock tower by Karden Chan, Hau constructs his woodblock printing with a beautiful sunset at HKUST. He mix 4 different colors to make 6-color-based background. Then use black colors cover the background to make pavilion and trees. Through his work, Hau has showed the beautiful sea view at the pavilion.
